Within ~1 minute. We poll Recreation.gov and Parks Canada inventory every 1 minute, then fire email + SMS the moment a matching site opens.
Is this legal?
Yes. We only read public availability anyone can see on the booking site. We never book for you and never hold inventory — the reservation still happens in your own Recreation.gov or Parks Canada account.
Do you cover Parks Canada too?
Yes. One account watches both Recreation.gov (US) and reservation.pc.gc.ca (Canada) — including Banff, Jasper, and Algonquin — on the same $15/month or $45 lifetime plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 7-day refund window on both plans if no alerts have been delivered. Full terms at /refund.
How do I cancel or pause an alert?
One click from your dashboard. Pause keeps it ready for next season; delete removes it. Monthly subscriptions cancel from the same page and stay active until the end of the paid period.
What if I miss the first alert — will you ping me again?
Yes. Up to 3 re-pings in the first 24 hours (at least 10 minutes apart), then 1 reminder per day until your trip starts. Email always sends; SMS pauses during quiet hours (~10pm–7am PT).
