Common questions
Is the monthly plan really cancel-anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from the payment provider's billing portal — the link is in your receipt email and noted on your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no clawback, no fees.
What happens to my alerts if I cancel?
They pause. The data stays on your account; if you re-subscribe, the alerts resume scanning from where they stopped. We never delete your watchlist.
Why is one product cheaper if I pay once?
The lifetime price reflects the discount for an upfront commitment. We'd rather have you forever than churn after a couple months.
Do you store my card?
No. The payment processor stores your payment method on its own PCI-compliant infrastructure — we never see or store your full card number.
